Savinelli Polo 122 Smooth Pot Estate Briar Pipe, Italian Estates
Out of stock
Description
It is probably fair to say that Savinelli is Italy’s most famous pipe brand. Founded in Milan in 1876 by Achille Savinelli, the brand has continuously offered high quality pipes for nearly 150 years. Though various Savinelli lines have come and gone over the years, the brand has always been notable for putting out classically styled pipes with a distinctly Italian twist.
This particular Savinelli comes from the long-discontinued Polo line. It features a warm brown stain, a silver collar, and a cumberland-style acrylic stem.
The condition is fair. The rim shows some darkening, finish wear, and light scratches, but this won’t stop the pipe from being a fine smoker. The pipe is chambered for 6mm filters, such as Savinelli’s own balsa filters, but will smoke just as well without one.
