Description

It is probably fair to say that Savinelli is Italy’s most famous pipe brand. Founded in Milan in 1876 by Achille Savinelli, the brand has continuously offered high quality pipes for nearly 150 years. Though various Savinelli lines have come and gone over the years, the brand has always been notable for putting out classically styled pipes with a distinctly Italian twist.

The 111 KS is Savinelli’s flagship straight billiard shape. The 111EX, on the other hand, is a larger variation of the 111KS, with a greater heft and an even more generous chamber, while retaining the classicism of the latter. This fittingly-named Hercules series 111 EX dresses the shape in a brick-red stain over a light, almost sandblast-like rustication, and completes it with a jet-black stem.
