Parker Knight 109 Smooth Bent Bulldog Estate Briar Pipe, Unsmoked
Out of stock
Description
The name ‘Parker’ is closely linked with that of Dunhill in pipe smokers’ minds and in the brand’s history, as Parker was originally something of a seconds outlet for Dunhill pipes, before becoming an independent product whose brand name was simply owned and overseen by the Dunhill company. In either case, they’re great, British pipes, mostly made in the classic English-French shaping style.
As with the Sasieni, Rattray’s, and GBD pipes we’ve had recently, this Parker came from a lot of new old stock (NOS) pipes from a tobacconist that had recently closed down. It’s a very traditional bulldog in the English style, with a ruby red stain and a vulcanite stem.
As stated, this pipe is new old stock, so it’s completely unsmoked and comes with its original box. There is some minor oxidation on the stem, but we chose to leave that so as to not risk effacing the Parker stamping.
