Oom Paul Sitter Rusticated Estate Briar Pipe, Italian Estates

I’m not sure who made this Oom Paul. It does look a little like Savinelli’s shape 604 shape, and Savinelli did produce a number of sub-brands in the 20th century, but I can’t be sure. One thing I will say is that the rustication is quite fascinating, with vermiculated carvings more commonly seen in architecture than in pipe design.
