Kevin Arthur Rusticated Cutty w/ Zebrawood Estate Briar Pipe, American Estates

Out of stock

Description

After being a pipe smoker for over forty years, Illinois native ultimately Kevin Arthur decided to make his own briars. That was back in 2007, with Arthur soon attracting a good deal of attention when presenting his work at various pipe shows. While the last Kevin Arthur we had in was very traditionally inclined, this one shows a more adventurous streak, which is not uncommon for his works. It is a highly distinct take on the cutty shape, with some of the sharpest, gnarliest rustication I’ve yet encountered, along with a long shank extension made from what appears to be zebrawood. It’s different, but boy does it have its charm.

The condition is great. Very lightly smoked.
