1930s Kaywoodie Rock Ambera 7609, Estate Briar Pipe [SOLD OUT]

Out of stock

Description

Kaywoodie pipes are as American as apple pie. Starting in 1919 as a pipe brand for KB&B, a pipe shop dating all the way back to 1851, Kaywoodie has since then been a staple of American-made pipes. In the present, many Kaywoodies are collectors’ items, in addition to being fantastic smokers.

This is a fantastic Kaywoodie! The Rock Ambera line was offered during the 1930s and 1940s, and was much more expensive and limited in production than many other Kaywoodies at the time. It features a briar bowl with a dark brown stain and a yellow Bakelite stem, which perfectly offsets the bowl’s hue. This particular Rock Ambera even comes with a box, which is likely to prick the ears of many collectors.

While the pipe does have one small tooth mark on the end of the mouthpiece, it is otherwise in a fantastic condition for being over 80 years old, including having its original, four hole Drinkless stinger.
