MBSD Meerschaum Silver Reverse Calabash Poker Block Meerschaum Pipe

Description

The MBSD Meerschaum Silver is our new series of silver mounted meerschaum pipes. Using the same high-grade, fast-coloring Turkish meerschaum found on our Deluxe series, these pipes exclusively feature silver army mounts or spigot mounts.

Reverse calabash systems (a second, widened chamber within the shank that helps disperse heat and moisture) aren’t typically found on poker shapes. This one remedies that, while maintaining the relatively simple, ergonomic design that has kept such shapes a staple for time immemorial (including being a sitter). To keep things interesting, however, it also features the brickwork carvings that my man in Turkey is particularly proud of. I’d say that pride is justified, and makes for a very distinctive pipe.
