Description
I’ve been wondering when we might get one of these come through. For those not in the know, Smith House Pipes are made by American artisan Rich Rosselli, in his workshop in Long Island, New York. His designs tend to lean toward the functionalist school, but are distinguished by their explorations of novel color palettes. This one, for example, is a sturdy, yet extremely lightweight, poker sitter, with a natural blast evocative of Dunhill’s Tanshell, but paired with a stem hand cut from black and gold ebonite. It all comes together very nicely, as do all of Rosselli’s works.
The condition is great. Some rim darkening, nothing major.
