Orlik London 74965, Smooth Bullmoose Estate Briar Pipe, Unsmoked [SOLD OUT]
Out of stock
Description
Orlik was an English pipe manufacturer founded in 1899 by Louis Orlik. While originally the company’s mission was to produce low-cost pipes, the make would ultimately be known for the distinctly high quality of their products. Consequently, Orlik pipes are today a favorite among pipe smokers and collectors, especially those who prefer the hobby’s Great British classics.
The bullmoose is not a shape that one sees very much these days. Popularized by makes like GBD and Custom-Bilt in the early 20th century, it’s a particularly short, squat, and stout variation on the Rhodesian shape, giving it a distinctly sturdy and muscular appearance. This one, from Orlik, is dressed in a nice, golden brown stain, paired with a jet black vulcanite stem.
The pipe is completely unsmoked and comes with its original box and sock. It also has a factory-original bowl coating to help ease in its first smokes.
