Description

PapaBearPipes are made by North American artisan Tim Beaumont. Beaumont has been making pipes since 2018, cultivating a unique style that isn’t afraid to mix and match design elements and to create something completely out of the ordinary.

This pipe from Tim Beaumont is a rather stunning pot-Rhodesian hybrid. The grain is just marvelous, with straight grain lining the bowl and swirling bird’s-eyes on the rim interrupted by a light kiss of plateau briar. I think the choice of a horn accent on this one pairs fantastically well with the blonde, lightly contrasted stain of the stummel, and the distinct, almost fantail stem is the icing on the cake on this one.
