Description
With a legacy spanning several decades, J.M. Boswell has solidified his place as a distinguished artisan among the top of American pipe making. Hailing from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Boswell’s journey into the world of pipe craftsmanship began in the early 1970s. Fueled by a passion for both art and tobacco, he embarked on a quest to create affordable pipes that would stand the test of time.
J.M. Boswell’s artistic vision and commitment to quality craftsmanship have earned him acclaim among pipe enthusiasts worldwide. Each Boswell pipe is a unique work of art, meticulously handcrafted to capture the essence of both form and function. From classic shapes to innovative designs, Boswell’s portfolio reflects a deep appreciation for the rich tradition of pipe making, infused with his own creative flair.
Like a lot of Boswells pipes, this is a bigger Panel that fits really well in the hand. The faint sandblast is a great touch! We suspect this Boswell was made in 1998-1999, prior to J.M. including the year in his nomenclature. Fingers crossed, I hope to stock more Boswells in the future.
If this Boswell has been smoked, it’s difficult to tell. It’s in near perfect condition.
